We lunched at a local joint in Dinajpur. This is the cook in the kitchen. We had a range of dishes: mixed vegetables, fried potatoes, beef curry, fish balls, a green vegetable dish, dal, rice and a lovely plum chutney. You should see Jim wolf down the rice and dal. It was all tasty.
